What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Zelle, Direct transfer and cash.

Updating creditcard information

  1. Log in to your account: Visit the website and click on the ‘My Account’ or ‘Login’ link, usually located at the top right corner of the website. Enter your username and password to log in.

  2. Access your account dashboard: Once logged in, you will be redirected to your account dashboard. This is where you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

  3. Go to Payment Methods: Look for a link or tab that says ‘Payment Methods’, ‘Manage Payment Options’, or something similar. Click on this link.

  4. Update your credit card details: Here, you should see a list of your saved payment methods. If you have a credit card on file, you should see it listed here. Click on the ‘Edit’ or ‘Update’ button next to the card details. If you don’t see your card listed, look for a ‘Add Payment Method’ button and click on it.

  5. Enter your new credit card information: You will be prompted to enter your new credit card details. Make sure to enter all the required fields, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.

  6. Save your changes: Once you’ve entered your new card details, click on the ‘Save’ or ‘Update’ button to save your changes.

  7. Confirm your changes: You should see a confirmation message that your payment method has been updated. You can also check this by going back to the ‘Payment Methods’ page to see if your new card is listed.

Remember, always ensure you’re on a secure connection when entering sensitive information like credit card details. Look for ‘https://’ at the beginning of the website URL and a padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

Payment refunds

Requesting and Receiving a Refund

  1. Log in to your account: Visit the website and click on the ‘My Account’ or ‘Login’ link, usually located at the top right corner of the website. Enter your username and password to log in.

  2. Access your account dashboard: Once logged in, you will be redirected to your account dashboard. This is where you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

  3. Go to Orders: Look for a link or tab that says ‘Orders’, ‘My Orders’, or something similar. Click on this link.

  4. Select the order: Find the order for which you want to request a refund and click on the ‘View’ or ‘Details’ button next to it.

  5. Request a refund: Depending on the website’s configuration, there may be a ‘Request a Refund’ button or link on the order details page. If there is, click on it and follow the prompts to submit your refund request. If there isn’t a ‘Request a Refund’ button, you may need to contact the website’s customer service directly to request a refund. You can usually find their contact information on the ‘Contact Us’ page.

  6. Wait for confirmation: Once you’ve submitted your refund request, you should receive a confirmation message or email. The business will then review your request and decide whether to approve or deny it based on their refund policy. This process may take several days.

  7. Receive your refund: If your refund request is approved, the business will process the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on the payment method and your bank’s processing times.
