Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Summary: This program rewards both the referrer and referee with a $100 discount on any upcoming 10-lesson package when the referee enrolls at Gallagher Art School.

Definitions:

• Referrer: Existing student’s parent/guardian who refers a new student.
• Referee: The new student being referred.

Eligibility:

• The referrer must be a parent/guardian of a current or former student.
• The referee must be a new student, not previously enrolled.

Rewards:

• Both the referrer and referee receive a $100 discount on any future 10-lesson package.
• This discount cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferrable.

Limitations:

• There is a limit of five (5) successful referrals per referrer.
• Referrals are valid only for new student enrollments.
• Gallagher Art School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice, especially in cases where class times become fully booked.

Availability:

Gallagher Art School aims to accommodate every student. However, in cases where class slots are fully booked, we may need to discuss alternative scheduling or put students on a waitlist.

General:

• Participants are expected to respect the spirit of the program, which is to introduce new students to our community.
• Any abuse of the program will lead to exclusion from the program and potential forfeit of any pending rewards.
